Dr. Kapse is teaching social work in Sushilabai Ramchandrarao Mamidwar College of Social Work for the last 25 years. She is a renowned theater personality of Maharashtra and has won numerous awards and recognition for her contribution to theater and arts. She is the current President of the organisation.

Mr. Agwan has been the President of Elgar Pratishthan. He is a renowned social worker in central India and runs a voluntary organisation based in Chindwara, Madhya Pradesh called PRAYAS. He is the current Vice-President of the organisation.

Dr. Kumar is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University and Yale University. After completing his doctorate he joined the organisation in 2009. He also practices Human Rights and Labour Law in Nagpur High Court. He is the General Secretary of the organisation.

Mr. Mendhe teaches in Vasantrao Naik Government Institute of Arts and Social Sciences also known as Morris College. He is also an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University and a avid wild life protection activist.

Adv. Baig has been practicing civil and criminal law in the District Court of Chandrapur for the last twenty years. He is also the the founder President of Muslim Educational Social and Cultural Organisation (MESCO) and MASS Movement. He is a leading intellectual voice of Chandrapur. He is also been a passionate advocate of Muslim reservation in government jobs and educational institutions. In the past few years he has been mentoring Elgar's volunteers and is a key resource person for the expansion of organisation's activities in Chandrapur city.

Miss Sidhawar is the Treasurer of the organisation. She has been involved with the women's activities in the organisation.

Mr. Sinha is a historian and holds a doctorate from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London. He is currently based in Berlin and has published prolifically on the issues of labour, migration and communication history. He is a regular contributor to The Wire, the online media and news portal.
